* Registration and payment of registration fee is mandatory for all presenters and any other persons involved in the sessions, including conveners and chairpersons (unless agreed upon in advance) in order to obtain physical access to the conference rooms. Registration is required for all delegates, including invited speakers and students who have had the registration fees waived.

III. Payment Methods
- (1) Online Payment: Supports WeChat Pay（微信）, Alipay（支付宝）, and international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

IV. Registration Procedures
（1）Registration for CNY Payment: If you are attending as a domestic participant and need to pay by WeChat/Alipay/UnionPay, please click the following button.
（2）Registration for USD Payment: If you are attending as an international participant and need to pay by Visa/Master credit card issued outside of mainland China, please click the following button. Amex or other credit cards are not supported.
V. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat.
- Before June 19, 2027: 100% refund.
- After June 20, 2027: No refund.
