(1) Language: All submissions must be written in English.
(2) Abstract Format: The entire document must not exceed one A4 page, structured as: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. For the specific format, please refer to the Abstract Template.
(3) Keywords: 3–5 keywords are required.
(4) Presentation Preference & Status: Please indicate your preferred presentation format (Oral Presentation or Poster) during the online submission process. All notification of acceptance or revision will be posted on the Submission System. No separate email may be sent for initial status changes, so please ensure you check your account dashboard periodically.
(5) Originality: Submissions must represent original work that has not been previously published or is currently under review by other conferences or journals.
(6) Down: Abstract Template Poster Template
Focusing on frontier and hot-topic research areas, the conference will identify high-quality papers and recommend their publication in special issues of leading international journals, including Journal of Hydrology, Applied Geochemistry, and Hydrogeology Journal.
Based upon the quality of submission, WRI-19 Scholarship will be granted to approximately 10 students and 10 young scientists (younger than 35 years old) from developing countries (World Bank) to cover their registration fees.
Ten WRI-19 Best Presentation Awards will be selected (200 USD prize for each), by the international scientific committee.
(1) Submission System Opens: March 1, 2026
(2) Deadline for Abstract Submission: June 30, 2026
(3) Notification of Acceptance: July 15, 2026
