Beijing Conference Center

We are delighted to host the 19th International Symposium on Water-Rock Interaction at the Beijing Conference Center (BCC), a large garden-style venue within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road. Covering 520,000 m² with 66% greenery, BCC offers a tranquil environment with an artificial lake and lush landscape. The venue features a 1,600-seat main auditorium and 62 meeting rooms, ideal for parallel sessions. For accommodation, eight buildings provide over 1,000 rooms for up to 2,000 guests. BCC is conveniently located near the Olympic Forest Park, with easy access to the airport and the subway network, ensuring smooth travel for all attendees.

Transportation Guide

Shuttle Service：

Shuttle service departs from Beijing Capital International Airport: International Arrivals Exit. The shuttle runs every 2 hours between 8:00 and 22:00, with all departures heading directly to the conference venue (Beijing Conference Center).

Shuttle timing 19th, 20th:

8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00

Beijing Capital International Airport:

Terminal 2
Ride-hailing services: Southeast side of Level 1, Parking Garage 2
Taxis: Middle lane outside Gates 5–9 on Level 1

Travel time: Approximately 20 kilometers to the Beijing Conference Center, 25–40 minutes

Beijing Daxing International Airport:
Ride-hailing services: Level 1M (mezzanine) of Parking Garage P1 (walk to Parking Garage P1 via the second-floor skyway connecting the terminal, then take the elevator down to Level 1M)
Taxis:
1. Exit the terminal through Gate 18 on the first floor to take a taxi
2. Enter the East Skyway through Gate 14 on the second floor and take the escalator on the right down to the first floor

Travel time: Approximately 70 km to the Beijing Conference Center, 90–110 minutes

Station:

Beijing North Station: Approximately 17 km by taxi to the Beijing Conference Center, 30–50 minutes

Beijing Chaoyang Station: Approximately 17 km to the Beijing Conference Center by taxi, 35–45 minutes

Beijing Station: Approximately 24 km to the Beijing Conference Center by taxi, 45–60 minutes
