Registration & Conference Paper Submission
I. Registration Fees
Please kindly register and pay the registration fee via the conference website in advance. The registration fee includes the ice-breaker, short courses, welcome banquet, and daily lunches and dinners.

* Registration and payment of registration fee is mandatory for all presenters and any other persons involved in the sessions, including conveners and chairpersons (unless agreed upon in advance) in order to obtain physical access to the conference rooms. Registration is required for all delegates, including invited speakers and students who have had the registration fees waived.
* For registered participants who are unable to attend the conference as scheduled, a full refund of the registration fee may be requested on or before June 15, 2027. No refunds will be granted on or after June 16, 2027.
II. Conference Paper Submission
- To ensure a smooth connection with the publication of Proceedings of WRI-19/AIG-16 (IAGC-4), we strongly encourage all participants to submit a short full paper (1–4 pages; 1–6 pages for plenary and keynote speakers), with tables, figures and references, instead of a traditional abstract only. These short papers will be peer‑reviewed and, upon acceptance, published in the proceedings volume.
- Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts following the provided template, and detailed submission guidelines and the template can be downloaded from the conference website. It is notable that only one abstract will be accepted per registered participant. However, we encourage multi-author submissions and at least one person must be registered per submission to the Conference prior to the deadline for Standard Registration.
III. Special Issue Publication
- Focusing on frontier and hot-topic research areas, the conference will identify high-quality papers and recommend their publication in special issues of leading international journals, including Journal of Hydrology, Applied Geochemistry, and Hydrogeology Journal.
IV. Special Issue Publication
- Based upon the quality of submission, WRI-19 Scholarship will be granted to approximately 5 students and 5 young scientists (younger than 35 years old) from developing countries (World Bank) to cover their registration fees.
- Ten WRI-19 Best Presentation Awards will be selected (200 USD prize for each), by the international scientific committee.
V. Payment Methods

ⅤI. Registration Procedures
（1）Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will confirm your registration for WRI-19. A formal confirmation will be sent to you by email.* Please whitelist the conference email first to prevent messages from being directed to your junk folder.
（2）You may also find your registration and payment status updated in your personal account.
（3）The registration email includes your registration number and QR code, which are required for on-site collection of your conference materials. You are strongly encouraged to print this email before attending the conference.
Ⅶ. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat.
- Before 20 June, 2027: 100% refund.
- After 21 June, 2027: No refund.
