Costs are to be borne by the participants themselves. However, we have secured a special agreement with the conference center hotel. The rate for a standard room (single or double occupancy) is about USD 100 per night, which offers excellent value compared to other options in the surrounding area. Reservations can be made in advance on the conference website.

On June19-20, shuttle buses will run regularly between the airport and the hotel to pick up attendees. Furthermore, the organizing committee will provide transportation for the mid-conference field trip on 23rd of June.

To ensure a smooth visit, please be aware that digital payments such as Alipay and WeChat Pay are ubiquitous in China. We strongly recommend downloading one of these apps before departure and linking your international credit card to facilitate everyday transactions. Since some vendors may not accept credit cards, it is also wise to carry a modest amount of Chinese Yuan cash as a backup. For mobile connectivity, you may purchase a local SIM card or an international roaming plan that works in China. Additionally, please note that certain communication apps and websites commonly used outside China may not be accessible here, so we suggest you make the necessary preparations on your personal devices before you travel. With these simple steps, you will be able to navigate the local environment with ease and fully enjoy the conference experience.
